Gonzalo Pulit

Gonzalo has over 20 years of experience in management consulting for private companies and the public sector. Prior to starting NEXT, he was a Partner at Hermes Management Consulting, managing projects throughout Latin America and the United States. Before joining Hermes, Gonzalo was a senior consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton. Gonzalo has worked extensively with the financial services, private equity industries, education and government.
Gonzalo holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa and an MBA from The University of Michigan.

Ignacio Galarza

Ignacio has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and five in management consulting. He joined NEXT as a partner in 2009. Before joining NEXT, for ten years, he worked for GE Capital in diverse commercial positions in Argentina, Mexico and USA. Before joining GE Capital, he was a director in several areas of Argencard/MasterCard (now part of First Data). Ignacio worked extensively in the marketing, sales, business development and strategic planning areas.
Ignacio holds a Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, and an MBA from IAE (Austral University - Argentina)

Mimi Perez

Mimi has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry and retail. Joined Next in 2008specializing in strategic sourcing and business development projects. She has taken part in various start-ups, among which started a chain of 19 retail stores before being sold. She has also led buying offices from that retail chain in the U.S. and Asia. Holds a Bachelor from Tulane University of New Orleans.

Ezequiel Herrero

Mr. Herrero has over eight years of experience in strategic consulting. He has participated in consulting assignments in the U.S., Mexico and Latin America for international clients, in the digital entertainment, financial services, banking and retail. Ezequiel has led numerous consulting teams in market analysis and business valuation, operational process improvement, and development of management assessment tools. Holds an Engineering degree from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) and is an MBA candidate of Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (Argentina).
